Information Officer
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
Reporting to the Department of the Environment and Urban Planning, the person holding the position performs the following duties:
- Answer telephone calls and emails sent to the Environment and Urban Planning department and direct them to the appropriate person;
- Take and forward messages entrusted to him;
- Perform routine office work based on specific instructions;
- Respond to routine requests for information relating to town planning regulations and other related regulations;
REQUIREMENTS
- Possess a certificate of college studies (AEC) with specialization in building, environment or urban planning or any other training deemed equivalent;
- Have a minimum of one year of experience in a related field;
- Have an excellent knowledge of the French and English languages, in order to serve our English-speaking customers;
- Have a good knowledge of office software.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Have a good ability to work alone or in a team;
- Demonstrate excellent customer service;
- Demonstrate flexibility and versatility.
