Coop to initiate collective entrepreneurship (CICE)
What we offer:
A Coop d’initiation à l’entrepreneuriat collectif (CIEC) is a collective enterprise that brings together a dozen young people, associated with the aim of creating their own summer jobs. Together, they offer a variety of services (lawn mowing, painting, babysitting, dog walking, etc.), while being responsible for the development and management of their work cooperative.
A coordinator and a facilitator accompany and supervise the project, to ensure that the young people have a positive experience. A local committee made up of community partners supports the CJE in developing the project.
The CIEC is also a great opportunity for these young people to hold a job they enjoy, but also to acquire some expertise in a specific field and learn about the reality of collective entrepreneurship.
